The BoSox Club, established in 1967, is recognized by the Boston Red Sox as the official Fan Booster Club supporting Boston baseball.
Membership provides “inside the park” access to active and former players from the Red Sox and occasionally visiting teams, as well as TV, radio and newspaper baseball insiders. The Club organizes a spring training event, hosts monthly luncheons/events in season and the annual Family Day at Fenway Park. In addition, the club awards the Camp Scholarships and the BoSox Man of the Year award, recognizes amateur baseball/softball champions across New England and donates to the Red Sox Foundation and the Jimmy Fund and more.

2025 Family Day at Fenway
Another Great Day at the Ballpark!

It was a perfect summer day on Tuesday August 5th as the BoSox Club held our annual Family Day at Fenway Park. As the group sat behind the Sox dugout three members of the Sox were interviewed by NESN announcer, Lenny DiNardo. While the younger attendees sat near the players, the adults were safely ensconced in the shade just behind them!
Great questions were asked by many of the kids attending and the players were very engaged and friendly!
After the speaking program the group went down below the bleachers for a meal of hot dogs, cold water and chips! Then everyone went up to watch the Sox take batting practice with many souvenir baseballs landing in the bleachers where the kids were able to collect them!
The group then took their seats to watch the Sox take on the Kansas City Royals. Sox pitcher Garret Crochet pitched 7 innings of 4 hit baseball. Trevor Story broke up a tied game in the 6th inning and the Sox went on to with their 7th straight game 6-2. Mike Yastrzemski made a pinch hit appearance for the Royals. It was a great day for all to be at the old ballpark!
